Warranty & Servicing

We want you to enjoy your watch for years to come. This page explains the warranty that applies to your purchase and how to arrange servicing.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your watch has a fault covered by warranty, email support@vaultier-uk.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographs if possible. We will guide you through the next steps.

Servicing your watch

Mechanical watches benefit from periodic servicing by a qualified watchmaker to keep them running accurately and to maintain water resistance. As a general guide, many mechanical timepieces are serviced every few years, though intervals vary by brand and model. [INSERT: state whether Vaultier offers or arranges servicing, and any details, if applicable.]

Faulty or misdescribed items

Separately from any warranty, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 always apply. If an item arrives faulty or not as described, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy or contact us.
