This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver your order. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery options
- Royal Mail 2nd Class — Free on orders of £150 and over — estimated delivery [INSERT: delivery time, e.g. 2–3 business days].
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £4.90 — for orders from £0.00 to £149.99 — estimated delivery [INSERT: delivery time, e.g. next business day].
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £9.90 — estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £6.90 — estimated delivery 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
International delivery
We ship worldwide to over 230 countries. Estimated international delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
Risk and ownership
Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to the address you provide, at which point responsibility passes to you.
Tracking
Where a tracked service is used, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
