UNICO 2

The Unico 2 calibre was developed to equip smaller chronographs whilst also introducing new enthusiasts to the world of Hublot. It retains the unique design of its previous version, with a dual-clutch system visible from the dial side, as well as a 72-hour power reserve. Thanks to various technical optimisations – including the introduction of a new, flatter automatic winding system – its height has been reduced by 1.3 mm.

TITANIUM

Titanium is used extensively by Hublot, primarily due to its light weight. It offers the best ratio of strength to weight of any material, making it extremely popular – particularly in the aerospace industry. In addition, it is distinguished by its corrosion resistance and skin-friendliness. Hublot uses only Grade 5 titanium, the strongest quality available. Once polished, this material retains a slightly bluish metallic sheen.
